By reserving an appointment with VitaBrows & Lash Academy, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please refrain from booking an appointment if you cannot comply with any of these terms. Violations are subject to additional fees and/or blocked from future bookings. VitaBrows & Lash Academy reserves the right to refuse services.
Please Do Not book appointment if you are:
- Under 18 year old
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- taking blood thinners
- Diabetic
- If you have prior worked from other Artis, please send your pictures to phone number (305) 367-8999.
- Botox 3-4 weeks prior
- Skin sensitivity/ issues around brow area ( eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)

NON-REFUNDABLE - Please be advised that the application of permanent make up and eyelash extensions are not just a products, but is a labor intensive service. By reserving an appointment with VitaBrows & Lash Academy (Vita The Beauty LLC) , you are agreeing to a one-time payment in exchange for a board-certified professional’s time. As time is an irreplaceable commodity, it is also a non-refundable exchange of service. It is your due diligence to inspect the salon’s work before your reservation and you are encouraged to communicate any alterations desired, before leaving your appointment. Please carefully select the desired appointment date and time as SAME DAY reservations are FINAL and will be charged in full.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULATIONS - Guests have up to 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule appointments without accruing any charges. Re-scheduling an appointment within a 12-hour time frame is equivalent to a cancellation and is subject to a late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is 50% of the entire service booked. A less than 3 hour notice of rescheduling and/or canceling is equivalent to a No-Show as it does not allot enough time for a replacement client to commute to the salon. The No-Show fee is 100% of the service(s) booked.
LASES REFILLS - Lashes Refills are honored 2-3 weeks from the original service date, with at least 40% of lashes previously applied. Any appointments made 4 weeks from the original service date or with less than 40% will be charged as a "New Set." Foreign fills must have at least 50% of lashes originally applied, with no clumps or lashes stuck together. If the above conditions are not satisfied, guests are required to book a removal and New Set. We do not offer partial refills, services are charged in accordance with the price disclosed at booking. Violations are subject to refusal of service and charged in full for the service time reserved.
PMU TOUCHING UP - Touch up time is 1-2 months after the 1st session. 1st touching up is included with the new set price and valid for 3 month. Missed your touching up appointment with any reason won’t be rescheduled as 1st touching up. Please see you rate for another touching up.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Please do not bring friend(s), boyfriend, husband, children, baby, or pet to your appointment. Movements and noises can startle working staff and patrons, and deem a hazard to the nature of our establishment. Please silence phones and finish all calls prior to entering the salon. Please keep eyes closed for the entire duration of your service, unless otherwise instructed by your specialist. Violators will be refused service and charged in full for the service time reserved.
ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES - Clean lashes are the foundation of a healthy and long-lasting eyelash extension application. Please shampoo your lashes before or upon arrival, if you have been sweating or have applied products on/around the eye areas in the past 48 hours. Extensions with visible signs of mascara wear will be required to get a new set. Mascara cannot be removed completely from extensions; therefore, the extensions will not bond and last. The retention of my lashes will not be guaranteed if specialist disclose any elements of oil or make-up are present. A repeat offense may be subject to refusal of future bookings.
15-MINUTE GRACE - Vita PMU & Lash (Vita The Beauty LLC) is located on a heavy-traffic road, please plan your travel accordingly as accidents and delays occur frequently in Midtown Miami. Please contact the salon if you will be late to your appointment; otherwise, your appointment will be terminated and you will be charged in full for the service reserved. Due to quality concerns, your artist is prohibited from starting services 15 minutes past appointment time. For the same quality concern, you may experience up to 15 minutes wait time. Vita PMU & Lash will not exempt charges due to weather conditions (excluding governed declare state of emergency), flight cancellations/delays, babysitter/nanny cancellations. Please do not plan travels too closely and have reliable resources.
BEFORE/AFTER PHOTOS - Please be advised that your artist will be taking photos of your eyes for the purpose of documentation, potential advertising and promotional purposes.
